Bread Alone's Organic Whole Wheat Sourdough, or Miche, is both one of their originals and one of their most popular breads. As much nutty as sour, this bread enjoys overnight fermentation to ensure that the bread and its flavor develop slowly for a deeply satisfying and extraordinarily healthful result.

Each loaf is baked-to-order without preservatives, so shelf life is limited. Expect to use or freeze within 2-3 days of delivery.
