Cancellation Policy
There's no commitment after subscribing! If for some reason you need to cancel your subscriptions, log into your account, navigate to the Subscriptions page and click “Edit” next to the item you wish to delete. Once it expands, click “Cancel Subscription.” Note: Removing items from specific delivery dates in your shopping cart will NOT cancel your subscription unless you select “All Future Deliveries” when prompted. PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR UPCOMING DELIVERIES TO CONFIRM ALL FUTURE ORDERS ARE CANCELED! It's possible that orders in progress will not be removed from future deliveries. If you want to cancel a subscription you MUST be sure that you have also canceled future orders, otherwise, we will assume you would like to receive your scheduled upcoming deliveries. The order cut-off time helps us communicate with our farm partners and keep our waste low (~1%!). We do not accept cancellations after the cut-off time, but if you are unable to receive your order for any reason, we offer the option to donate your box to someone in need. Simply reach out to our Customer Service team via phone or email and someone will assist you with this! Currently, we donate 100-300 lbs of produce per week to local organizations who make meals and deliver food to those who are food insecure. Among these groups is ReThink Food NYC, Food Issues Group, and Playground Youth. This is a huge part of our sustainability efforts, and we thank you for your help with this!
