Keep refrigerated at 33°F to 40°F for no more than 2 days before cooking. Place in the coldest part of the refrigerator, usually the meat drawer or the bottom shelf. Store in the freezer if planning to consume more than 2 days after delivery. Defrost in the fridge overnight and cook within 2 days.
