Bread Alone's Organic San Francisco-Style Sourdough is a chewy and tangy sourdough bread made in the west coast tradition. This means that the bread enjoys a long and cool overnight rest and has a very strong sour flavor, perhaps the strongest of all their breads, while maintaining the light, chewy texture of a white sourdough.
Each loaf is baked-to-order without preservatives, so shelf life is limited. Expect to use or freeze within 2-3 days of delivery.
