Inspired by the tantalizing taste of her Aunt Liv's crispbreads and driven by a determination to master her family's cherished recipe, she embarked on a journey. Starting with small batches crafted for friends and family, Hedvig quickly transformed her passion into a full-fledged venture, giving rise to the birth of Norwegian Baked.
