Bread Alone's Organic Peasant Bread is a family-friendly country white bread with a creamy texture and sweet flavor. This bread does not have the sourdough tones of Bread Alone's other sliced breads. But, like their 100% sourdough breads, Peasant Bread enjoys overnight fermentation to ensure that the bread and its flavor develop slowly.

Each loaf is baked-to-order without preservatives, so shelf life is limited. Expect to use or freeze within 2-3 days of delivery.
