L'amuse Signature Gouda hails from West Beemster in the Netherlands, where all the best, most traditional Beemsters and goudas come from. This is because the Beemster region is entirely man made, having been previously under sea water. Once drained and cultivated for farmland, the land maintained its mineral-rich oceanic soil, meaning a richer diet for the cows, and as such, a richer cheese for you. L'amuse Signature has a distinctive roasted hazelnut and burnt caramel flavor while still retaining it's velvety texture.
