Together, the two types of sun-dried peppercorns hit a perfect balance of fragrance and flavor. Coming from young, innovative farmers in Dak Lak, Vietnam, this pepper has notes of fresh herbs, dried fruit, and tropical heat.
Burlap & Barrel has decided to name the new harvest of Ea Sar Black Pepper: "Robusta Black Peppercorn". The same pepper, new name! This new name honors the regenerative farming that farmers Dng and Thanh practice on their shade-grown coffee farm. The peppercorn vines are a companion crop to the Robusta coffee plants, providing shade for the coffee.
