Knead Love's classic gluten-free sourdough bread is fermented for 24 hours, using hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast), a blend of nutrient dense flours, and dusted with organic rolled oats. Knead Love was started as a joy project out of owner- Sarah's love for sourdough bread. Her lifelong love of baking shifted with personal health and auto-immune issues; evolving into gluten-free, nutrient-dense and high-vibe baking became the new norm. Everything is made by hand in small batches and in limited runs. This bread is made to be be easily digested because of the longer fermentation, and use of nutrient dense ingredients.
