Born and raised in Portland, Oregon to a family of cooks, bakers, and gardeners, Christy Goldsby grew up knowing the kitchen as a source of creativity and joy.
In 2010, a health journey inspired Christy to bridge two lifelong loves – deliciously indulgent foods, and the empowerment of personal wellness.
Honey Mama’s began with a lightbulb moment. Inspired by the impact of gut health, Christy discovered a powerful combination of superfood ingredients that could create the taste and texture of the most undeniably delicious treats.
Two years later, Christy debuted her line of honey-sweetened truffle bars at the Portland State Farmers Market. Within a few months, Honey Mama’s began selling on grocery store shelves.
