Feel Good Booch is a small-batch kombucha producer based out of Peekskill, New York, just 50 miles north of NYC. Founded in 2021 by a group of chefs and bartenders who share a common commitment to quality, a deep respect for local agriculture, and a passion for developing flavor. Flavors that sometimes come and go with the seasons and highlight local produce from small Hudson Valley farms. Others that are available all year and are inspired by dishes and cocktails we've created. Each batch of kombucha is taste tested and adjusted for balance. This kombucha is never overly acidic with a subtle sweetness. Finally there's a kombucha that can be enjoyed with a meal or blended into a cocktail.
